RETURN POLICY

 

At eveiskshop.com we take pride in our quality services and we value our relationship with our customers. If at any time you feel our services do not meet your needs please contact us by following our e-commerce return policy. You may also feel free to contact us regarding any questions or concerns that you have.

 

1.    All sales of EVE ISK or EVE items, goods, minerals and characters are final and there are no returns, exchanges or refunds as soon as the customer received the amount of EVE ISK or EVE items, goods, minerals and characters.

 

2.    If for any reason, the customer received less ISK or less EVE items, goods, minerals than he paid for, the customer is entitled to ask us for the additional items, goods or minerals that wasn’t delivered, within 96 hours (4 days) after the payment.

 

3.    To be eligible for point 2 “additional delivery”and point 4 “refund”, the customer has to provide our sales department his/her personal information and his Transaction Number that he/she received by email after making the purchase.

 

4.    In case the situation described in point 2 of the Return Policy happens, the additional ISK or EVE items, goods, minerals will be delivered within 48 hours from the request, and only after we verify the situation and only if it proves to be correct.

 

5.    If the customer made the payment and didn’t receive the EVE ISK or EVE items, goods, minerals he/she paid for within 48 hours after the payment, he/she should contact our staff by using the contact details provided on the Contact page of the current web-site. If the customers doesn’t receive an answer and the ISK or items, goods or minerals are not delivered within 120 hours (5 days) after the purchase, the customer is entitled for a refund, and we will comply to this regulation.

 

6.    If point 2 is applicable, the additional delivery of ISK or EVE items, goods, minerals will be credited in the same form as the original delivery.

 

7.    If point 5 is applicable, the refund for ISK or EVE items, goods, minerals will be credited in the same form as the original payment method if the customer paid by PayPal, MoneyBookers or WebMoney, or by check if the customer paid by credit/debit card.  However, all charges and fees incurred for returning the funds will not be refundable.

 

8.    To be eligible for point 2 “additional delivery” and point 5 “refund”, the we must verify that the payment was done successfully by the customer and that his funds have been successfully transferred to our account. If the payment didn’t reach our account, the customer isn’t entitled to for “an additional delivery” or “a refund”.

 

9.    If the customer pretends that he/she didn't receive the EVE items, goods or minerals, though our records show that he successfully did, the client is not entitled for a refund.

 

10.    If the client traded the EVE items, goods or minerals for less than their real market value, which is always equal to the amount of ISK he paid for, this is considered as his mistake, which really is.  In such a case, the client is not entitled for a refund or additional ISK items, goods or minerals.
